This was my 1st time staying here but probably won't be my last. I've stopped in Albuquerque many times and never even considered this place, because I've never heard of the name. I am actually impressed with how many amenities this place has from the evening complementary meals, breakfast, all was good. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and smelled clean. Give Lori a raise , she was excellent and made our stay special with making sure we had everything we needed. I have no complaints, everyone on the staff throughout the building was super nice, helpful and just a pleasure to be around! Stayed at Drury Inn & Suites for over a month (including Thanksgiving), and the following was my experience: First, I would like to mention the wonderful people who made this stay as relaxing as possible. Rachel was very helpful with our suites. The kitchen manager, Elizabeth, was always easy to locate and very helpful whenever something was needed. Matteo was consistently kind and friendly whenever I went to the bar. My family and I sincerely appreciate the kind staff and excellent customer service at this location. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend staying here.
My son and I stayed here for a long weekend. Nancy at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was so very nice! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was working hard refilling food and making sure everyone was happy. The location was great. Everything was accessible. Your staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a great base for out trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!
I had a great stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the customer service was excellent. Jessica especially stood out—she was friendly, professional, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The free breakfast and dinner were a huge bonus and made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Always top notch. From the 1st greeting at the front desk, when you walk in, to the hard working kitchen and housekeeping staff, everything was beyond expectation. Especially Ann in the breakfast & happy hour times, she was really hustling to make sure everyone had delicious food choices to make their experience great! Thank you to Drury for employing professionals and providing a clean and safe envionment. We will be back again, as we have many times, to the Albuquerque location for some R&R.
Enjoyed our stay here at Durry while on vacation in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Everyone seemed nice and welcoming from beginning to end. The breakfast and dinner every night was great. My favorite was the barbecue sliders. Our bartender was always very nice and made our trip more memorable. Thank you Anna, she deserves that position. Love the coffee, popcorn and soda machine. Little extra treat. Our room was absolutely great with the extra sitting room, tv, kitchenette. Only thing I’d complain about was our shower didn’t have much pressure because it leaked at times and was hard to get the nozzle up. Overall it was a great experience for me. Would definitely visit again.
My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at this location. We had a great experience! The entire place was clean and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable! We very much enjoyed the breakfast, all day soft drinks, and the dinner they provide! We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and an employee came in and tested the water. I asked how often they test it, and he said 4 times a day. You can feel confident that the pool is clean and maintained. Anyways, we will now look for Drury anytime we go on vacation.
Out of all of the Albuquerque hotels I’ve stayed at, this is the best one. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, we missed out on the free dinner & popcorn & drinks. I would say that the only downside to this location is the noise from the highway. My family will stay here again next time!
